Information and purpose
Account identifiers, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order records, support messages, fraud-prevention signals and customer-submitted content are used only to operate accounts, answer requests, process and fulfill orders, prevent abuse, keep required records and comply with law.
Service providers and payments
Only the minimum necessary data is shared with hosting, payment, email, carrier, fulfillment, security and other transaction providers acting for the requested service. Jade All Day does not store full card details; payment providers process them under their own notices.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal, accounting, dispute or security obligations. If a formal custom workflow later opens, original reference uploads are deleted 90 days after project closure; necessary order and approval summaries may remain.
Cookies, tracking and sale
Essential store and security cookies may be used. Initial launch does not sell or rent personal information and excludes GA4, advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking and marketing blasts. Any later analytics or marketing use requires this notice and consent controls to be updated first.
International processing
Service providers may process information in the United States, Canada or other locations where they operate, where it may be subject to local law. Provider access must remain limited to the service requested.
Questions and requests
Use the contact page for privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion concerning account data. Identity must be verified before account information is disclosed or changed, and some records may be retained where law or a legitimate obligation requires it.
