Processing and standard transit
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday, or on a weekend, begin processing on the next business day. After payment is confirmed, processing is estimated at 1–3 business days. Standard transit is then estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
United States rates
For a US delivery in USD, standard shipping is 6.99 USD when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below 49 USD, and free at 49 USD or more. The threshold is calculated before tax. Expedited shipping is 18.90 USD with an estimated 3–7 business day transit after dispatch, but appears only after checkout verifies that estimate.
Canada rates
For a Canadian delivery in CAD, standard shipping is 8.90 CAD when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below 49 CAD, and free at 49 CAD or more. Expedited shipping is 18.90 CAD with an estimated 3–7 business day transit after dispatch.
Destinations and checkout accuracy
Initial launch is limited to the United States and Canada. A shipping method, price, currency and delivery estimate must be shown before payment; if checkout cannot produce a matching rate, the order cannot proceed. Other countries are not accepted at initial launch.
Fulfillment and signature
Orders may be dispatched by contracted fulfillment partners. No signature is required under the current draft. The carrier and tracking number are shown only after human validation; the ship-from street address is not presented as a customer-facing promise.
Tax and cross-border charges
Applicable checkout sales tax is calculated by WooCommerce Tax. The store does not estimate or collect import duties or carrier customs-clearance fees; if imposed, those charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs delays are outside the transit estimate.
Shipping insurance
Shipping insurance is not offered. It must remain absent from checkout unless a real provider, coverage limits, fees and a claims path are verified and the public policy is updated first.
Tracking
A carrier and tracking number are synchronized only after human validation. A failed synchronization does not create a false shipment state.
Address and delivery issues
Customers must review the delivery address before payment. Report a missing, damaged or misdelivered parcel through the contact page so the order and carrier evidence can enter human review.
