Updated September 2026 · Data minimization and customer choices
Information and purpose
Account identifiers, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order records, support messages, fraud-prevention signals and customer-submitted content are used only to operate accounts, answer requests, process and fulfill orders, prevent abuse, keep required records and comply with law.
Service providers and payments
Only the minimum necessary data is shared with hosting, payment, email, carrier, fulfillment, security and other transaction providers acting for the requested service. Jade All Day does not store full card details; payment providers process them under their own notices.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal, accounting, dispute or security obligations. Private custom reference images and design files in a cart that does not become an order are deleted 7 days after upload. Uploads for active orders are retained; uploads for completed, cancelled or refunded orders are deleted 90 days after order closure. Necessary order and character-brief summaries may remain.
Cookies, tracking and sale
Essential store and security cookies are always used. When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures which pages, pieces and guides are read so that the site can be improved. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*); Google Signals and advertising features are switched off, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store visitor IP addresses, and we only use aggregate reports.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Québec, Google Analytics and advertising measurement (TikTok and Meta) stay off until you accept them in the cookie notice; elsewhere they run by default and you can turn them off at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising measurement starts off. TikTok advertising measurement shares page, product, cart, checkout and eligible paid-purchase events, catalogue IDs, quantities, amounts and currency, plus standard browser and connection information, with TikTok for advertising measurement and optimization. TikTok may use first-party and third-party cookies, including _ttp. For new checkouts after this integration is activated, the store also sends paid purchase information from its server: product IDs, quantities, amounts and currency, plus strictly filtered TikTok click IDs (ttclid) and _ttp cookie identifiers when advertising is enabled. A first-party preference cookie tells the checkout your advertising choice; a purchase is sent only if advertising was on when you checked out, and data already sent cannot be recalled. We do not replay historical paid orders or send IP addresses or user-agent strings through this server connection. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or order access keys through this integration, and enhanced matching is disabled. Meta advertising measurement comes from our existing Meta commerce integration and follows the same advertising choice; Meta describes its own processing. Our store also uses an existing Pinterest commerce integration, described by Pinterest. You can change your analytics and advertising choices through “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the footer. Turning advertising off stops future TikTok and Meta events; it cannot withdraw data already shared. Advertising data sharing may be treated as sharing for targeted advertising under applicable privacy rules. Choices are stored in your browser, and clearing browser storage resets them.
International processing
Service providers may process information in the United States, Canada or other locations where they operate, where it may be subject to local law. Provider access must remain limited to the service requested.
Questions and requests
Use the contact page for privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion concerning account data. Identity must be verified before account information is disclosed or changed, and some records may be retained where law or a legitimate obligation requires it.
Google Customer Reviews
New purchase confirmation pages offer an optional Google shopping experience survey. When the invitation module loads, it shares your order confirmation email address, a unique order identifier, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google, before you choose whether to receive a survey email. You can decline the invitation, and participation does not affect your order.
Google may use transaction information in connection with its products and services under its terms and privacy policy. Network requests from the Google script may also include an IP address and browser or similar technical information. Google or other third parties may place or read cookies, or use web beacons or similar technologies. You can manage or block these cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may prevent the survey invitation from working. This integration's order payload does not include names, full addresses, phone numbers, payment details or private custom attachments. Google Privacy Policy
