Custom jewelry is inquiry only. Use chat or the contact page and include an email address for follow-up; direct email is published only after the support mailbox is verified. An inquiry does not create an order, reserve inventory or authorize production.

You may discuss a listed-piece remodel, silver setting style, setting material, jade type or quality. Diamond and other gemstone add-ons are marked “coming soon” and are not currently offered.
Feasibility, cost and timing
Only a human and the supplier may confirm manufacturability, limits and cost. The supplier has indicated about 14 days for production, but congestion and final scope may extend it; shipping time is separate and no timeline is binding before a written quote.

Do not send payment, valuable materials or identity documents for a consultation. Quotes, payment, revisions, approval, cancellation and defect terms must be published and accepted before any formal custom project can open.
