In-stock pieces are Final Sale. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Exceptions and deadline
Report a wrong item, transit damage or a material mismatch with explicitly disclosed facts within 7 calendar days after delivery.
How to request review
Use the contact page and provide the order number, photos of the item and packaging, and an explanation. Do not return an item before receiving written instructions.
Approved exception returns
When a return is required for an approved exception, Jade All Day provides a prepaid return method and charges no restocking fee. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and verified, or after a no-return resolution is approved. The payment provider may need additional posting time.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction.
