Anime custom order policy

What you are ordering
Order one anime character pendant or bracelet in serpentine stone (traditionally known as Xiuyan jade). The base price is $99 USD for either option, including standard shipping to destinations supported by our current checkout. Other checkout currencies use the current store conversion. Applicable taxes and any optional expedited service are shown before payment.
Your character brief and optional uploads
Enter the anime or series and character together in one required field (up to 240 characters). Reference images are optional: upload up to three JPEG, PNG or WebP images, up to 2 MB each; when provided, the first selected image is the main reference. You may also upload one optional design file (.blend, .stl, .jdp, .obj, .3mf, .step or .stp, up to 20 MB). Optional notes may identify a character version or a feature you especially like. The workshop may contact you to clarify unclear or conflicting information.
Quality, carving style and your own design
We guarantee quality and carving style consistent with the anime pieces currently for sale. If you provide your own design, we do our best to realize it within the possibilities of the stone and carving process. Stone colour, size, proportions and details may need adjustment for the material and craft; an exact file or image match is not guaranteed.
Workshop interpretation and natural material
Your character brief and any optional reference images or design file guide the creation. The workshop arranges stone colour, size, pose, proportions and carving detail to suit the material and craft. A specified colour or full-body likeness is not guaranteed. The concept illustration on the custom page shows the customization idea; it is not a photograph of a produced piece or the finished item for your order.
No preview or revision rounds
The workshop creates from the brief submitted at checkout and sends the finished piece directly. The order does not include a design preview, customer design approval or revision round. You must confirm this arrangement before continuing to checkout.
Production and shipping
For the listed Hatsune Miku pendants D37B and 3A46, dispatch is within 14 calendar days of payment; transit is additional and the product-page accessory and shipping rates apply. The following timing is for other commissioned character designs: orders are made in order of purchase, with at least 14 days before dispatch and no fixed maximum duration; workload and the character brief affect timing. For these commissions, standard shipping is included for checkout-supported destinations and tracking is provided. Contact us before ordering if you need a piece for a specific date.
If a request cannot be made
If our workshop cannot make your request, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method. We will not substitute another character or piece without your agreement.
Changes and after-sales support
Contact our team promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once production begins, the workshop must assess what remains feasible. Wrong items, transit damage or substantial differences from explicitly stated order facts follow the existing Returns & Exceptions process. This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
