Individual in-stock pieces are sold one at a time, and sold pieces are not restocked. Most anime designs are made to order rather than ready to ship; production is queued according to order volume and purchase order. Check each product page for its availability and production details.

A certificate is provided with jadeite purchases. The Hatsune Miku jade pendants do not include a certificate and are not sold as certified jadeite. Trade descriptions such as High-Icy or Icy describe appearance; material and treatment findings belong to the corresponding report. If exact dimensions or weight are not listed, ask us before ordering.

The smiling D37B and winking 3A46 jade pendants are made to order and dispatch within 14 calendar days of payment. Transit is additional. The base price is for the pendant only; a braided cord and packaging box are optional extras. These pendants do not include a certificate.

Shipping is available to destinations supported at checkout. Orders to the United States and other checkout-supported destinations except Canada use USD. In-stock pieces are Final Sale. A wrong item, transit damage or a material mismatch with disclosed facts enters human exception review.

We use the working words of the jadeite trade — High-Icy, Icy, Glassy, Lavender, Vivid Green, Honey Yellow — as descriptions, not laboratory grades. Check the photographs and any available video on the individual listing. The translucency and color guide explains every term.

Measure at home first: the ring size guide covers the paper-strip and existing-ring methods in US sizes. Before ordering, check the dimensions recorded on the listing. If the size information you need is missing, use contact with the piece number to ask about it.

Yes. Choose a pendant or bracelet in serpentine stone, traditionally known as Xiuyan jade, for $99 USD including standard shipping to checkout-supported destinations. Enter the anime and character together in one required field on the custom order page; reference images are optional. The workshop creates without a design preview, approval or revision round, then ships directly. Production takes at least 14 days in order of purchase, with no fixed maximum; transit time is separate. If we cannot make your request, we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Other checkout currencies use the current store conversion.

Both are optional. You may upload up to three reference images (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB each) and one design file (.blend, .stl, .jdp, .obj, .3mf, .step or .stp, up to 20 MB). We guarantee quality and carving style consistent with the anime pieces currently for sale. We do our best to realize your own design within the possibilities of the stone and carving process; uploading a file does not include design previews, customer approval or revision rounds.
