Availability
Single-piece inventory can be locked by another checkout before payment completes.
Seller identity
The storefront brand is JADE ALL DAY and the business is operated as a sole proprietorship. Verified legal operator and customer-service details are maintained consistently across checkout, payment accounts and Merchant Center.
Order formation and guest checkout
Listed pieces support individual guest checkout. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. The order is accepted only after availability, price, payment and required delivery details are validated and an acceptance or dispatch confirmation is issued.
Price, currency, tax and errors
Canada checkout uses CAD; checkout for all other destinations uses USD. The merchandise price, discounts, shipping, applicable sales tax calculated by WooCommerce Tax and final total are shown in one checkout currency before payment. A clear listing or pricing error may be corrected before fulfillment, with a refund if the order cannot be honored.
Specials and reduced prices
Specials is a changing selection offered at current prices; inclusion does not always mean a discount. Any displayed reduction compares the item with its own regular price, without an invented reference price. Availability, production and purchase terms remain as stated on each listing and at checkout.
Payments
Only payment methods shown as available at checkout may be used. Live checkout is processed by Stripe; availability may vary by currency, country, device and eligibility.
Policy priority
The Shipping, Final Sale, Custom and Privacy pages form part of these terms. Checkout facts must match the policy shown to the customer.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
